At KashWork.com , we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations, exchanges and refunds work on our platform. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Policy.

  • 1.1 Order Cancellation by Buyer
    • 1.1.1 Buyers can cancel their order before it is dispatched for shipping. To cancel an order:
      • Log in to your KashWork account.
      • Go to "My Orders."
      • Select the order you want to cancel
      • Click on “Cancel Order” and follow the instructions
    • 1.1.2 Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will receive a notification when your order is dispatched.
  • 1.2 Order Cancellation by Seller
    • 1.2.1 KashWork sellers may cancel an order in certain situations, such as:
      • Product is out of stock
      • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
      • Other unexpected issues

If a seller cancels your order, you will be informed by email. Any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Exchange Policy

  • 2.1 Conditions for Exchange
    • 2.1.1 Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:
      • The product received is damaged or defective
      • The product received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or model)
    • 2.1.2 To qualify for an exchange:
      • The product must be unused
      • It must be in the same condition as received
      • Original packaging must be intact
      • Some items are not eligible for exchange, including customized products, perishable goods and items marked as non-exchangeable.
  • 2.2 Exchange Process
    • 2.2.1 To request an exchange:
      • Log in to your KashWork account
      • Go to "My Orders."
      • Select the order with the product you want to exchange
      • Click on “Exchange” and choose the reason
      • You must upload an unboxing video to help verify the issue.
    • 2.2.2 After submitting the request, the seller will review the details and may approve or reject the exchange based on the information provided.
    • 2.2.3 If approved, you will receive a notification. A delivery executive will contact you for product pickup. You do not need to pack the product, as the delivery executive will handle the packaging.
    • 2.2.4 Please ensure that you return the original product received. If the product does not match, the pickup may be refused.
  • 2.3 Receiving the Replacement Product
    • 2.3.1 After the seller receives and inspects the returned product, a replacement will be shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability.

3. Refund Policy

  • 3.1 Since returns are not allowed, refunds are not provided after dispatch. The only exception is when an order is cancelled by the seller due to unforeseen reasons, as mentioned in section 1.2.1.
