After the order has been placed, our courier partners need
approximately 3-4 days to process your order. You will receive a
notification once your order has been shipped.
In most cases, your package will be delivered within the estimated
time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected
by transportation delays, invalid PIN code, weather conditions and
other factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most
accurate delivery date.
KashWork charges standard shipping fees based on the items in your
order and your location and some time. Please review your order
summary for specific delivery charges on each product.
Sellers typically source and ship items within the timeframe
specified on the product details page. Business days do not include
public holidays and Sundays.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on KashWork. The prices shown are final. Delivery charges are based on the seller's shipping policy.
You might see different delivery estimates depending on the seller
offering the product you're interested in. Delivery times depend on
factors such as product availability, the seller's location, your
shipping address, and the courier partner's delivery speed in your

COD availability depends on whether our courier partner can accept cash payments in your area at the time of delivery.

Initiate Exchange: Within the order
details, look for an option to initiate an exchange. This option is
usually located next to the product you want to exchange. Click on
the exchange option to start the process.
Choose Exchange Reason: You'll be
prompted to select a reason for the exchange. Choose the most
appropriate reason from the provided options. After selecting the
reason, Choose the Pickup Address and Click on Final Submit Request.
After this process, wait for Seller respond.
How the seller may respond to your request: The seller has 3 business days to
get back to you. How they can
respond depends on the reason for your exchange:
The scheduled pickup date for your order will appear after
receiving approval from the seller.
Pack the Product: Prepare the product
for exchange by packing it securely in its original packaging, along
with any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with it.
Handover to Courier: On the scheduled
pickup date, hand over the packed product to the courier person who
comes to your doorstep for pickup. Make sure to provide any
necessary documents or labels.
Receive Replacement: If the product
meets the exchange criteria, KashWork will proceed with processing
the replacement or exchange.
You'll receive the replacement product within the specified
timeframe, depending on your location and the availability of the
product.
If you received a delivery confirmation SMS but did not get the product, report the issue within 7 days so the seller can investigate.
'In Stock': For "In Stock" items,
sellers will provide the delivery time based on your PIN code,
typically 2-3 business days in areas with standard courier
service.
'Out of Stock': Currently, the item is
not available for sale.
'Temporarily Unavailable': The product
is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The
product could be in stock soon.
Currently, KashWork does not offer international delivery. You can shop on our site from anywhere globally using credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries. However, please ensure the delivery address is within India.
