KashWork now offers lightning-fast local delivery in partnership with top-tier delivery networks. Depending on your location and the store’s availability, your order may arrive within just minutes! We currently offer fast-track delivery in the following cities:
Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Pune, Kolkata, Surat, Chennai, Coimbatore, Indore, Nagpur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Vadodara, Ludhiana, Kochi, Nashik, Kanpur, Trivandrum, and Vizag.

Standard & Express Delivery Options:

• Few-Minutes Delivery: Available in the above cities when the store is open and ready to fulfill your order.
• Standard Delivery: In all other areas, our courier partners need approximately 3–4 days to process and deliver your order.

You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order ships. While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, some delays may occur due to PIN code issues, weather, or transit conditions.

Exchanges & Pickups

To exchange a product:

• Go to your Order Details and select “Initiate Exchange.”
• Choose a reason, confirm your address, and click Submit Request.
• The seller will review your request within 3 business days.

If Porter Delivery is applicable:

• Once the seller approves, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with the seller's pickup/drop-off address.
• You must:
  • Drop off the product at the seller's location (for ultra-fast exchanges)

For standard pickup:

• A courier pickup will be scheduled after approval.
• Pack your product securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
• On pickup day, handover the item to the courier.
• Once verified, your replacement product will be shipped.

I received a delivery confirmation SMS, but my order hasn't arrived.

If you received a delivery confirmation SMS but did not get the product, report the issue within 7 days so the seller can investigate.

Product Status Definition

• In Stock: Typically delivered in 2–3 business days (standard delivery).
• Out of Stock: Not available for purchase.
• Temporarily Unavailable: May return soon, but not currently purchasable.

International Shipping

KashWork currently supports India-only delivery. Global customers can still place orders using international cards, but delivery addresses must be within India.

What do the product statuses such as "In Stock," "Out of Stock," and "Temporarily Unavailable" indicate?

'In Stock': For "In Stock" items, sellers will provide the delivery time based on your PIN code, typically 2-3 business days in areas with standard courier service.

'Out of Stock': Currently, the item is not available for sale.

'Temporarily Unavailable': The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could be in stock soon.

Does KashWork offer international shipping?

Currently, KashWork does not offer international delivery. You can shop on our site from anywhere globally using credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries. However, please ensure the delivery address is within India.
