6. Criteria for Grand Prize (Car)

Participants are eligible for the grand prize based on the following criteria:

• Condition 1: Maximum Products Purchased
  • Customer who purchases the most individual products within a specified time period.
  • Only purchases of Rs. 100 or more per product qualify.
  • Excludes exchange and cancelled orders.
• Condition 2: Maximum Money Spent
  • Customer who spends the highest total monetary amount.
  • Excludes exchange or partially cancelled orders.
  • Consider the winner who purchases within a period 2025.
• Condition 3: Platform-Wide Goal (1 Million+ Orders)
  • If the platform achieves 1 million or more orders in 2025, KashWork may reward all participants or top contributors.
  • Track total order count for the year.
  • Include completed transactions only.
  • Optionally, reward based on individual contributions to the milestone.

7. Backend Tracking and Verification

KashWork’s backend system tracks and verifies

• Order Tracking: Completed transactions only.
• Product Count: Total individual items purchased per customer.
• Spending Calculation: Total monetary value of purchases per customer.
• Global Metrics: Platform-wide order volume toward the 1-million-order goal.

8. Important Rules

• Exclusions: Fraudulent transactions, employees, and returns or low-value transactions are not eligible.
• Tie-Breakers: KashWork’s decision is final.
• Tax Implications: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. Digital Participation

• Participation requires the use of the KashWork Ecommerce Pvt Ltd web app.
• Ensure your device meets the app’s technical requirements.

10. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

• KashWork will notify winners through official communication channels.
• Winners’ names may be published on https://KashWork.com/prize-winners with their consent.
• Prizes will be delivered promptly.

11. Miscellaneous

• KashWork reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
• All decisions by KashWork regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
